I work as a Graphic Designer for the Michigan Department of Education as my "day" job. It allows me to do a variety of digital and print work for a wide range of projects. One of them is the annual Continuous Improvement Conference that is held every fall. These are examples of the work I've done over the years. A couple years ago we moved to using an app instead of having a printed program, but I still handle the signage, advertising, and much of the graphics for the main presentations.
